I’ve moved up a Tier and haven’t received my discount code?Updated 9 days ago
All members enter a 35-day pending period when moving into a new tier. The pending period starts from when the new points are allocated. Once the pending period has passed and members still qualify for the new tier they will receive their new tier discount code.
If it has been longer than the 35 days pending period and you still have not received your new tier discount code, please contact [email protected].
