If you encounter issues with the return portal, resulting in an inability to download or access your return label or QR code, please contact our support team immediately. We will provide you with the necessary return label or QR code via email to ensure a smooth return process.
Please be aware of our returns policy, returns are accepted and can be logged using our returns portal up to 14 days from order delivery date. If your order is outside 14 days after delivery date window, we will not be able to accept your return.
