Please Note: We aim to process returns within 10 working days from the date the return is received at the warehouse, however this currently may take longer due to heavy courier networks and delays returning your order to our warehouse. Please be assured we are doing our best to process your return as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

We will attempt to process all returns within 7-10 business days from delivery date to our warehouse.
We will use this time to quality check each product thoroughly, ensure all security tags are present and that the garment is in a perfect condition. 
Once we have received and accepted your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days (please allow extra time during peak period due to courier network overload).
